About EFT Tapping

When our thoughts, feelings and emotions bother us and we decide to “park” them, it’s actually harming us inside. Many studies (e.g. Robert W. Levenson, 2019) show that both our illnesses and our wellbeing have an emotional root cause.

EFT or tapping is a holistic technique that uses accupressure points to release emotional distress or physical pain. It enhances the connection with our emotions while stimulating specific meridian energy points, channels that direct the flow of energy through our body.

You will often end the session with tapping rounds feeling more positive and empowered. Each person, moment and session are different, but here are some potential benefits often experienced.

My story

I’m Kunal. I’m a human being, I don’t have it all figured out and I’m definately not perfect… but in 2016 I was lucky to come across EFT Tapping in a moment when I most needed it.

I was looking for clarity within myself and this was exactly what I get from EFT. A tool free from judgement and without external advice… just connecting with my inner wisdom through the thoughts, feelings and emotions that I was experiencing. I felt empowered by listening to my own inner voice.

I beleive in this holistic technique. I beleive in the way I was taught to use it… and I’m sure the world would be a much better place if more people were aware of EFT.

My story

Hey I’m Kunal, and just like you I have faced many challenges in life. My toughest ones were moving countries aged 13 to start boarding school in the UK (with everything that came along) and a stressful breakdown when I was 25 working for a large corporation. It was a long recovery process, but it proved to be one of those precious gifts that life has to offer.

During the tough moments I intensely felt all sorts of ways: anxious, deprived, scared, depressed, worried, concerned. Unfortunately I kept a constant pattern that was deeply harming me inside: I was’t listening to my emotions, not even acknowledging them… instead I was acting as if they didn’t exist. But something was unfolding to help me realise that this disconnection was my biggest problem.

When I discoved EFT tapping things started to fall into place. To me, tapping is a very gentle way to connect with your emotions, shift them, raise your self awareness and empower you to find solutions within yourself, as you start to see things in a different way.

It’s a tool that has served me to work on my own traumas, fears, past events and insecurities… allowing me to love and accept myself in a way I had never experienced before. My consistent practice gives me peace, clarity and compassion for being myself. And from here it helps me to take bolder and clearer decisions, even under challenging circumstances.

Experiencing these results motivated me to go deeper into my studies and become an EFT tapping facilitator. My EFT tapping sessions don’t include any input, judgement or opinions from my side. I will simply facilitate the session in a way to help deepen your connection with your own emotions… and while shifting them you will access your own inner wisdom. You will discover the precious feelings and messages your emotions are holding for you.
